NO! People try to sell you crap just to fleece you out of your hard earned money. Hocus pocus ideas such as this have no true health benefits. When my spine was first injured I worked with this chick, (I have a better name for her but can’t use it here) who tried to sell me a similar item to make my pain go away, I had a herniated disk. Of course I refused to buy it, at $120.00, I wouldn’t have spent $5.00 on it. When I turned her down she accused me of not really being in pain, that if I was truly in pain I would buy her stupid crap. Don’t let yourself be pulled into silly schemes in the hopes of relief, there are so many out there. I don’t know about the wrist bands, your doctor would know what would work.
No it wan’t help….i took 3 injection in my palm…i was lucky,i am ok now….sometime surgery is the last option.
possibly…but I’d also check out youtube and type in carpal tunnel exercises…some physical therapists and others have suggstions to help. Also B12 and B6 taken daily can help repair and prevent as well.
avoiding repetitive movement works better. treat the pain, see a chiropractor, get a massage, & follow up with an orthopedist and physical therapist.
No.
You could try typing from a differentr angle.
Only if you have nerves made of iron, nickel, or cobalt
