Why do some people use wearable magnets?
I was just reading my health book and I came across a statement that I have never heard of.
Why do some people use wearable magnets to treat arthritis and painful joints?
What is the purpose for wearing magnets?
And also, why do golfers (or not just golfers) wear copper bracelets?
What is the significance of wearing copper bracelets while golfing?
I was just curious as to why people do all of this as an alternative to paying for medications and what not.

I wear a copper bracelet with magnets in it. My grandfather wore a copper bracelet to help with arthritis he said it worked, I thought he was nuts. I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome and a physicians assistant at my medical doctors office told me that some people found wearing magnets helped with the symptoms of carpal tunnel. I got my bracelet 2 years ago and have worn it 24/7. My hands are fine and I will never take the bracelet off. I don’t know how or why it works but for me it does and I have no side effects from medication and didn’t need surgery and I feel good that I am not causing my body any other problems by wearing the bracelet.
Hello,
Lots of people prefer to use objects of substances of dubious effectiveness because of a number of reasons, partly because it seems like a good idea to the person who uses them.
Magnets are thought to increase circulation to the areas applied.
Thank you for your question.
