Where can I buy jewelry tags? see picture….?

jewelry tags are for a designer to attach to their jewelry to identify the brand/designer. i am starting my own jewelry line and want to get custom tags made for my necklaces and bracelets. I am interested in sterling silver and golf filled ones. Around 6-10mm in size.

The most cost effective way would be to make your own sterling silver tag, engrave it (either by yourself or ask a local goldsmith) and then cast in for as many copies as you need.
