Titanium bracelets?

Has anyone had any experience with Titanium bracelsts? Do they work? Do you know if they make necklesses too?

I have a stainless steel bracelet with magnets. I had terrible knee pain and I got one. After about 2 months, I noticed that the pain was gone. My original bracelet broke and so I didn’t replace it. 3 weeks later, my pain was back. I bought the stainless steel one and feel great. It may all be in my mind, but who cares. It works for me.
Any pain relief you may feel with this is solely due to the placebo effect.
