i'm looking to get one for my mother for her birthday and i haven't the slightest clue as to where i should even be looking to be able to get one of these.
I just bought a bracelet for my boyfriend that is titanium, but he already has a silver one, and I don't want him to think I'm being cheap or that its a knockoff. I have no clue because I don't really own any jewerly. Help.

My aunt's pharmicist recommended her some japanese garlic tablets used to treat the pain of arthritis but she lives in texas and the doctor says that the only pills available are here in california. It specifically has to be japanese and I don't have a clue where to find them. I live in oc California but I dont have a clue where to find them. I already tried GNC but the pills aren't there. If anyone could please help, it would mean alot to me. Thank you all.
