What is the best arthritis/magnetic bracelet on the market? Is trion-z better than phiten? Why do some cost only while others are 0? Is the q link any good? I play golf and have stiffness in my right wrist, what would be the best option for me?

I've heard some people say they actually do help with arthritis, or pains, well-being, etc, etc..they cost around -30 online, but I got mine at Piper's discount store for .59..I guess they were discount magnets or something..

If I put magnets in my shoes, will it keep me "grounded"? Or more "down-to-earth"?

I always have sore shoulder muscles due to sitting at the computer all day. I have decent posture, and an ergonomic desk, but I am literally at the computer all day for work and constantly have sore shoulder muscles/back muscles. Any possible folk remedies - like people who wear copper bracelets for arthritis?

A friend is wearing a copper bracelet, which he says helps his arthritis. I think this is fine, but I wonder how much copper his skin is absorbing, and is there a toxic effect in the long term?
It turns his wrist a bit green.

Also, how does this idea work? Is there a chemical reaction in the body? Or, if it's all in your mind, isn't it still effective since the pain is gone, for whatever reason?
