Are the Phiten Titanium bracelets safe for my 9 year old baseball player son?

Yes – the Phiten FAQ says that their products are safe for people of any age. The only thing that could be and issue is if kids swallow the small parts that some of their necklaces have, but the bracelets don’t have any small parts. The clip part is actually a velcro fastener.

Aside from the fact the bracelets and necklaces are a waste of money, don’t bother because youth baseball rules prohibit players from wearing jewelry.
