I wear it when I pitch it helps me alot relieves the stress of walks, errors, hits, or runs scored. I also just wear it because all the pros where them and they look cool.
The magnets in the necklace/sleeve/bracelet is supposed to help your circulation, which in turn helps muscle function, but their effects are arguable. Most people wear them for fashion, not function. Similar products are very popular with older men, and I’ve heard people swear by them. Whatever, you decide.
