Pain management contracts for cancer patients?

I recently read that cancer patients do not have to sign pain managment contracts. Is this true in Ohio? And if so does anyone know where to find documentation on this and also if you have already signed one if it is still valid. Thanks

I have never even heard of a pain managment contract. What do you mean?
The only thing I could think of is something saying you wont abuse it. Most docs arent going to give you enough of the med for you to abuse it too much. And once they do suspect abuse, they cut you off completly.
