pain management ?????????????

hello,
I have been experiencing problem with pain in my around my eyes, nose and head. i have tried different medication and nothing works or helps. i have been sent to hospital for pain management i was wonding if anyone has heard or been to a pain management and would like to know what to expect.

It sounds like a real bad sinus infection. But what you can expect from pain management is usually them getting a referral from your doctor and discussing it with you. Most places ask that you be referred to them so that they don’t have to play a guessing game on whats wrong with you. If you don’t have a referral I assume they will do a brief exam and try to come up with a course of treatment to keep your pain to a minimum.
