if they just did an xray and they said nothing is wrong then that means there is no damage to the bones in the spine… you then most likely have damage to the soft tissue in the spine… idk why they didn’t do a MRI yet…that is like an xray…but it is done to see if there is any damage to the soft tissue… you should try a lumbar back stretcher… i had sort tissue damage in my back and i got a lumbar stretcher …used it as directed…and it went away!!!

i have the 3-level adjustable one…but i keep it on the lowest adjustment… i do recommend the adjustable one…so you can see which ark works the best for you by experimenting!!!
Pain management is used for two types of patients. Patient 1) Patient has a condition that cannot be surgically treated to relieve pain and medication is the only option. Patient 2) Someone who complains of pain but has no medical reason for it. This is usually a person who ‘thinks’ they have pain/illness OR someone who has a addiction to pain killers.
As far as test results…you really have to ask your doctor. He or she should have given you the results of your x-rays. Have they tried any other types of imaging other then x-rays?
It sounds like you could have a herniated disc, or it there is something wrong with some of the discs. I had 2 herniated discs that had to come out, One of my discs was completely herniated out of place. I had lumbar spinal fusion done 5 months ago. Since the surgery I’ve learned a few things to help, since I had limited mobility for 2 months after surgery. Don’t bend at you waist, always bend with the knees, don’t twist or turn yourself at the waist, turn your whole body, don’t sit in anything that doesn’t touch the back of your knees or higher, and try mot to lift anything heavy. I’m sorry I can’t tell you what’s wrong, but I hope these little things help, and I wish you a rapid recovery I know back pain sucks.
Calcium is needed by the body to build strong bones and keep bones strong once built. As they have given you Calcium to take along with drinking Milk, rich in Calcium it would see you have Osteoporosis: brittle bones, which can be picked up on a x-ray.
