Blushing is a totally normal habit for it can't be controlled and will appear when you feel shy or strong emotion. In some certain moment, making a mistake or even just a quite strange mind can affect a person in getting red. In the effort to hinder you blushing on certain moments, you should firstly know what emotion that could trigger you to being red. After that, you can try to avoid these feeling when you will not to be recognized.
