You can probably get the placebo effect much more cheaply.
High blood pressure is not something you want to screw around with. It causes irreversible damage to your heart if untreated. There are natural ways to help lower blood pressure: lose weight, don’t smoke, exercise. If that doesn’t work, there are numerous medications that can do the job. Magnetic bracelets… no.

They don’t. Magnets and metal do nothing for health. you can look up placebo effects, but claims for these wonder bracelets are unfounded.
