No and No.
It depends on whether YOU BELIEVE it will or not.
nope just makes your wrist green
it didn’t help me; it turned my mom’s hand/arm green and wouldn’t wash for a cpl of weeks. It depends on blood type, too
I don’t believe so. My Dad has arthritis in his hands and insists on wearing a copper bracelet. As far as I can see all it does is turn his skin green. The trigger fingers you mention, could this be caused by carpal tunnel? Have you spoken to your GP about it? I have put a link below for the UK version of arthritis care. You may find some really helpful info, regarding pain management etc.
As for the fluid, the best thing to dispel the fluid is movement and gentle exercise. Diuretics are good in the short term, but you must ask yourself why it is happening. Inactivity causes water to ‘pool’ in various places on your body. Mainly the legs/feet, hands and abdomen. Do you get enough exercise and are you drinking enough water? Pure water flushes the system and surprisingly you won’t get as much fluid build up if you cut down on tea, coffee and alcohol and drink more water. Cutting down on salt also helps.
Sai Ram. Copper bracelet may help, but it is better to seek the help of a good homeopath to get a holistic treatment.
Any helpfulness from it is because of placebo, not some unmeasurable magic power in it.
Reiki sessions and tumeric capsules are the only things that have really noticeably helped for my arthitis. Slimquick is the best water retention supplement (if you’re female). If you don’t want the stimulants in it, just plain dandelion root and uva ursi are the best for water retention, though I would not take this long term. (check the health food stores)
With water retention, its best to limit/cut out sodium, alcohol, and caffeine. these are the big three. I know it’s hard, but coffee is the worst. Limit yourself to one to two cups, tops. caffeine leads to water retention and the the high acidity in coffee makes your blood acidic, thus eating away at your joint cartilage. Try to limit it as much as possible. Try also eliminated red meat and dairy (though organic grass fed is ok). There is and amino acid in it that triggers inflamation. Flaxseed and coconut oil is good. Please google all that I have mentioned, though I highly recommend tumeric and reiki.
For some it helps…some not. I had a problem with trigger finger and started taking fish oil …and flex-a-min..I very seldom am bothered with trigger finger any more and I am an artist….best to you
In Australia there is a product which is the fastest selling for arthritis pain relief. It was invented by a man who suffered terribly with arthritis in his hands. People in Australia are calling it the ‘Miracle’ oil as it does exactly as it says on the …bottle. I know people who could not walk properly due to the pains in their joints and then after a week of using this they were back playing bowls. The great thing about Elmore Oil is that it is 100% natural with just 4 ingredients in it and it has a 14 day money back guarantee with it. I’ve put a link to the Aussie web site and also the uk one. Hope this helps as its not nice to be in pain.
When someone wears copper bracelet and if their palms
)
or wrist or hand or whatever turns Green means their body
already contain sufficient copper and wearing Cu bracelet
leads to increase in copper in body. Water retention is
mainly caused becaused of the sluggishness of the lymph
gland for which you need to take regular exercise. Simple
walking will do, you do not have to do any weight lifting. If
you are against injecting anything in your body, try yogic
cure to tackle edema i.e. water retention. All you have to do
is do a mudra (hand gesture) called Jal-Shaamak mudra
also called Jalodhar Nashak Mudra (both mean destruction
of water logging within the body).
This mudra is hand gesture to be formed with both the hands.
Simply place the tip of the little finger on the base of the
thumb and then bring gentle pressure of the thumb upon this
finger. Keep other three fingers straight with palms facing
upward. Now place the palms on your respective thigh and
watch tv while holding mudra. Start with 5 minutes and then
slowly reach a target of 45 minutes in a day or break it into
15 minutes in the morning, 15 minutes in the afternoon and
15 minutes in the evening.
For arthritis consuming turmeric pills and fresh finger in
salads would go a long way in controlling it.
All the best and Good luck and God bless. Cheers!
so far there is no cure, not even 50%, . one has to go on experimenting and trying different medicines and exercises, including yoga. however my perosnal experience is that the time u start getting symptons one must start yoga and continue for life time. either take medicines for life time with no result or go for yoga with some benefits
