Does Titanium Shine as well as Steriling Silver?

i wanted to buy a bracelet I see 2 websites one is in silver the other is in Titanium I can't decide on which would shine or look better..

the Titanium looks a little darker, tell me which one you think would look better?

I CLEARY see the silver looks shiner in those stock photos.. im asking on your opioions on which would look better in my hands
