Does anyone know a good pain management clinic in Cleveland area?

I need a one that takes self pay, i have no insurance. I live in Brunswick Oh. If anyone knows a good pain management Doc or clinc i would apreciate it. I have extreme migraines, Fibro & RA. Thanks a bunch

Cleveland Clinic offers these services, as well as Metrohealth does, and you can get financial assistance with Metro. My doctor is thru Metro, however, not at main hospital, they do have satellite offices to make commuting easier,
