Do you know of anyone with arthritis that benefitted from wearing a copper bracelet?

I have arthritis in my wrist and my ankle. I have tried the copper bracelet and it did not work for me. However, I did have success with these thin gloves. They are skin colored, and slightly elastic and they sell them at most craft stores (I got mine at a Michaels store). I wear them when I am going to be doing a lot of work with my hands, or in the winter when it is really cold.
nope. The only people who benefited from that are copper bracelet makers.

I know of a couple of people that use the copper bracelet and they would swear by it, but it is these same two that take a lot of pain medication and antinflamatories. The bracelets are just a gimmick and don’t rally work.
