Do Phiten Titanium Bracelets only have effect on your arms, or whole body?

I want to get a Phiten bracelet, not necklace (they don't look as cool), and I'm wondering if the bracelets work like the necklaces, or if they're different.

All Phiten products undergo the same Phild Processing technology that is unique to Phiten. Therefore they all work the same way by balancing the bioelectric current of your body. The only real difference are in the metals used (titanium, silver, gold, etc) and the form in which the Phild Process is done (microballs, Aqua-metal, etc).
But as the necklace is worn on the neck, which is nearest to the central nervous system (CNS), the beneficial effects will be dispersed throughout the body in a faster and more efficient manner.
As for the bracelet, the further away it is from the spine, the slower the effect will be seen, as only a smaller volume of blood travels to the wrists when compared to other larger body parts. This is above and beyond the fact that it is further away from the CNS as well.
