well I know the pharmacological part very well, one starts with NSAId’s or acetamenophin, then things like tramadol and for severe or non responsive pain narcotics are prescribed,
non pharmacological means include acupuncture, homeopathy, chiropractice etc.
pharmacological is the most studied and supported by scientific data, others though not suppported as well, do work still since they have been in practice for centuries,
