I bought a magnetic bracelet because it was pretty. I'm curious about the benifits of wearing it.

the only thing that happens with magnetic jewelry is that it pulls the iron in red blood cells to the area of the magnet and in jewelry the only way I can see it helping is if you have carpel tunnel in one wrist and you put a magnetic bracelet on that wrist but it must have a very strong magnet in it I know for people that have back problems the hospital provides a very large belt that you put on your back and it seems to help with the healing after back surgery( the red blood cells help in oxygenating and repairing damaged or inflamed tissue)
There are no benefits to wearing magnetic jewelry other than:
(a) it looks pretty. Magnetite and other magnetic ores have a really cool looking metallic look, without really being metal;
(b) you can pick up paper clips, little screws, and other pieces of metal with it; and
(c) you can make it stick to itself, and have your friends go "wow" when you show them for the first time.
Otherwise, there are no effects, good or bad, to you or your body. Larger magnetic fields are present all around you (like the Earth) and there is no benefit or harm done from them.
