Are those magnetic metal healing bands fake or real? the ones that claim lower blood pressure?

some for stress and fatigue, I just got one that says negative ionic band 1500. I have seen lots of them in drug stores and commericials who claim do so many good things are they fake if so why?

Anything that you believe in works! I think the magnets are to recharge energy or chakra centers. If the energy is balanced, the rest of you will too.
Try oatmeal, and breathing exercises. I saw a monitor that emits a tone to breathe in and one to breathe out that is proven to work – but why pay hundreds of dollars if you can regulate and slow your own breathing?
